Moderated user testing
Moderated user testing is the ideal approach for reviewing your website (or interface) and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Users are asked to perform commonly undertaken activities on your website while a facilitator observes.
You can observe the sessions in our labs which are equipped with a one-way mirror and dedicated viewing room. This is one of the few opportunities to see actual users interacting with your design.
Actionable recommendations are provided to enhance the user experience and ensure the interface is meeting your business objectives.
UsabilityOne's experience extends to a variety of interfaces including mobile devices, applications, touch devices, software, portals and micro sites.
