The Challenge:
CarPoint hoped to leverage leading search technology and a new site design to improve user experience and establish CarPoint as the number one car classified website.

Our Approach:
> Expert review of early paper prototypes
> One-on-one user tests with car buyers and sellers to observe how they employed the new functionality in their searching and whether it was easy to understand and learn.

The Outcome:
> Increase in repeat visitors had increased by an average 26%
> Increase in page impressions by 36%.

Considering the mature nature of online classified websites, this was an amazing result.
